Apple Releases iOS 26.2 and iPadOS 26.2 – Dowload Now

Apple has released iOS 26.2 and iPadOS 26.2 updates, and they are now available for download. iOS 26.2 is a major update that brings noticeable changes and improvements to iOS.

If you’re running iOS 26.1 or lower, then you can head over to the Software Update section of your iOS device and install the new update. iOS 26.2 is available over the air. It can also be installed through the direct IPSW download links that we have shared below.

Changes in iOS 26.2

Here are the changes that Apple has introduced in iOS 26.2.

A new Urgent option in the Reminders app will allow users to set an alarm for when the task is due.
A new Liquid Glass customization option lets users change the transparency of the Lock Screen clock. The new option is available for all clock styles and gives users more control over the appearance of the clock.
Apple Music’s lyrics feature will show lyrics for songs that are saved in your music library, even when you are not connected to the Internet.
Apple has refined the Sleep Score feature, and the point system for levels has been changed.
The Podcasts app will generate chapters for podcasts automatically using Apple Intelligence.
A new Podcast Mentions feature will allow users to see and follow mentioned podcasts from the player and transcript. This means whenever a podcast host mentions another podcast, users will see a link to that podcast and follow it conveniently.
A new Liquid Glass design has been added for the Leevel tool found inside the Measure app.
New animations for Liquid Glass have been added throughout iOS.
On CarPlay, users can now disable Pinned Conversations from the CarPlay Settings app.
In some cars, users will be able to add more widget stacks to the widgets page. For some users, Apple has extended the number of allowed widget stacks from two to three.
Freeform adds support for tables.
Passwords app adds a new Excluded Websites menu.
A new Flash to Alerts accessibility setting will make your screen flash.
