First, you need to download the tool from the below link
Next need to extract the setup file help of the Winrar/7Zip tool
Next, you need to Instal the setup file on your computer with a double click on the setup file
Next close the setup and go to “C:\Program Files (x86)\ACT_UNLOCK_TOOL”
Next Run the Loader file “Full Loader.exe” and skip the activation from the tool.
Next, choose the “ACT Unlock Tool.exe” and click the ok button
Now the tool bypasses the activation from the tool and you can access the main window off tool
